NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello this can be due to orall thrush and also make sure to clean the baby tongue frequently using a babyhug tongue cleaner which can help and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide you accordingly
