Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. this pattern can be seen due to fungal infection in the oral cavity of the child. many times it may be associated with either bottle feeding or usage of antibiotics din children. it is important to differentiate between stuck milk inside the oral cavity and the fungal infection that is also known as oral thrush. meet your doctor for examination of the child and treatment

Hand foot mouth disease is viral in origin and mostly symptomatic treatment is required because it is a self limiting disease and here fever come and small eruptions may be seen in hands foot face and other parts of the body along with oral ulcerations so give plenty of liquids to maintain proper hydrgtation and maintain a good hygiene . Some multivitamin syrup along with antihistamine can be given . For oral ulcer dologel can be applied locally Thanks and take care
