A. Yes You can take all the dry fruits that you are willing to take like almonds cashew nuts walnuts whatever you want to take you can dry roast and make a powder out of them and every day you can use 1 teaspoon powder or 2 teaspoon powder that’s more than enough for the child in summer time also
