Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. It is very normal that infants and newborns may not pass stool for more than 10 days also and sometiimes the frequency can be around 6 to 7 times per day also.
Both the above frequency offf stool passage is normal if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid.
Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Exclusively breastfed babies might not be passing stools even for a week. As long as your baby is active and normal, there is nothing to worry. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Give good tummy time everyday. Use Babyhug tummy roll. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
