baby teething is not in order wise baby 1yr 3month old . ie lateral incisor is not grown. but 1st molar one teeth growing. need ti concern r let it be

A. Dear parent, although there is a sequence of milk teeth eruption, it is common to see a change in this order. It should not be a concerm till 2.5 years. Consult a pediatric dentist after 2.5 years if any doubt.
