ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. either it is cavities or if you are giving iron supplements then it is because of that. visit a dentist for a routine dental examination which is mandatory by the childs first birthday and every 6 months after that

Hi If you giving any iron supplement and that could be the reason or you may not be maintaining proper oral hygiene as it is supposed to be what is the correct reason behind it can only be suggested to you by a paediatric dentist you will have to get it I said once
