RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl1 month agoA. If the child does not pick up by the age of 2 1/2 years on the speech then it is a delay as mostly kids start speaking simple words from the age of eight months between 8 to 12 months they usually pick up Little bit on the speech
