baby suffering with cold... I used nasal drops.. from yesterday she got fever too.. so I gave to her p-125 3 times per day. and she done 5 times potty. and evening pop was in green colour.. she not like to eat any thing.. what I do for her

Hello ma’am When a child is not feeling well these kind of things are completely normal so don’t worry about it just continue feeding your child whatever your child likes to eat most of the time as and do something with your child can easily digest so you can just continue with the same and still if your child is having any discomfort then consult your doctor once again
