ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician2 years agoA. mat do Teeth can errupt at any time from birth But most of the baby have their 1st teeth between 5-15 months of age Teeth eruptions is a natural process No need to do anything for that Don't give any medication for that unless fever and exessive crying. Just do gum massage with ur little finger thrice a day Give teether if possible, Clean teether every time before use. It will help

Actually after three months you can give it any time because after three months only a child can start having its teeth any time if you want to give it on a precautionary basis then you can start any time after completing the time of three months for the child
