Q.

baby ko kal 7 PM 101 temp tha. use ibugesic plus drop diya to kam hua fir 12 hours bad firse 7 am ko temp aaya... ese kitne din tak dena h ghr pe. hospital jana he kya... aur ye suddenly usko temp ku aya hoga... cold, cugh kuch nh he... pls guide

A. how much water we need to give baby... confused.. is there need to change ibugesic drop

A. your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give only symptomatic ttreatment that is for fever have to give paracetamol(max 4 times per day if needed) and plenty of water t o drink and at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fever continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctor
