Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as welfl as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.f vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom...you can apply thermofob..you can even apply ice pack on the injected area...if baby gets fever.. you can give prescribed medication. try and give painless vaccine to baby..this will give less discomfort to the child. happy parenting
