Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Feed every two hours for 15-20 minutes if you have good milk production ,if you have normal supply then 20-30 minutes. You can also feed on baby demand sometime they woke up for an hour ask for feed then also or sometimes sleep at a stretch of 3-4 hours then feed after 2-3 hours by waking up (gently rubbing feet/eat ) help baby to latch.. However feeding every 2-3 hours is must to avoid dehydration, thirstyness..

Vritika AroraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello dear there is no fixed rule for breastfeeding the baby it depends upon the need of the baby . usually if the baby is exclusively on breastfeed then feed for at least 15 minutes from each side and feed after every 1 to 2 hours or on demand keep a check on weight gain and pee count of the baby
