Once the baby completes 6 months, start offering one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. You can continue breastfeeding and if the breast milk production is low, start offering formula milk to your baby. Once the baby completes 6 months, start offering fruits and vegetables purees to your baby.
