Give non veg foods like chicken, fish, meat and even eggs.
Give variety of grains, cereal and pulses.
Add nuts like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts and dry fruits like dates to baby’s diet.
Give 500 ml or more than milk every day which should include milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
As long as your baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones, do not worry much about weight.
