give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food
Initially give after a breastfeed, or between two feeds; later give as breakfast, lunch ,dinner
continue to breastfeed.
you can give soft and mashed foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer
then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.
later paneer.
consistency of food should be like that of ghee
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups.
