baby is suffering from fever from last 2 complete days, after giving PCM (paracetamol) fever got down but after 8 hrs it again came what to do, should I wait , continue to pcm or need to consult any doctor apart from fever,no other problem is here,baby is taking food normally

A. you have to give paracetamol according to the weight and according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. it can be repeated maximum 4 times per day. armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever weather higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p is required or not will be told by the doctor. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is havingd fever important to avoid them if possible. do body sponge to decrease the body temperature and give plentyf of fluids and water to drink to prevent dehydration.
