some babies pee and poop after every feeding session.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate production . .

Its Mostly normal at this age are you do not have to worry about it still if you feel that there is something wrong with the motion that your child is passing apart from loose tools so you consult your doctor has sometimes it could be due to a stomach infection as well
