baby is having red rashes it started spreading slowly from shoulder to hand's and back is it serious problem?

A. If it is spreading that means it is a problem it could be allergy or something that is spreading onto the bed because mostly allergy only spread onto the body like this so I would suggest you to have an assessment with your paediatric in person regarding the situation
