My 6 years old daughter is having small rashes all over her face and slowly spreading on her face. Can any one tell what is it?

A. Calamine lotion u can apply as of now that’s going to b good for the child’s skin and over the period it’s going to help in reducing it over the period and if needed then u may chek with your doc once
