Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a haxlf days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi are you asking for your 2+ year old child? if yes then first maintain good Hydration throughout the day give Luke warm water to drink apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child you can give mixture of jeggary, pinch of turmeric powder and Dry ginger powder in one tsp quantity twice in a day
