Baby is having cold with cough doctor suggested xyzal syrup 1 ml for 6 month 16 days but still cough and cold is there.. Kindly suggest other cough and cold syrup with dosage for 6 month baby.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. As you have already completed the course of cough syrup so don’t give it again abd try some home remedies like steam inhalation with the help of vaporiser and keep feeding abd give warm liquids like soups

Your child is six months complete which is why your doctor may have advised you to give one ML which is fine further if the problem is not yet sorted that it could probably be due to some allergy reaction reaction further I think you should take an allergy test for your child and accordingly they can guide you with other medicines to use
