baby is having cold and cough due to climate changing.can u suggest medicines?

A. yes it may be due ti seasonal variation . Mild fever ; cough and cold can be due to seasonal variation and steam should be given 3 times in a day . For fever paracetamol can be given 3 to 4 times in a day but if any respiratory difficulty the should be seen by a doctor
