A. I'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. Let's address both concerns: 1. Breastfeeding During Fever: Yes, you can continue breastfeeding your baby even if you have a fever. Breast milk is still beneficial, as it contains antibodies that help protect your baby. It’s very important for your baby’s immunity, especially in the early months. However, make sure to maintain proper hygiene. If you're feeling unwell, wash your hands thoroughly before feeding and avoid coughing or sneezing near your baby. If your fever is caused by an infection (e.g., viral or bacterial), consult with your doctor about whether any specific medications could affect breastfeeding. 2. Taking Monoroll Sachet (3 grams): Monoroll is often used to help with pain relief, fever reduction, and other symptoms. It typically contains paracetamol (or a similar analgesic), which is generally considered safe during breastfeeding in moderate doses. However, always consult with your doctor before taking any medication, especially while breastfeeding, to ensure that it is safe for both you and your baby. If your fever persists or you're unsure about the medication, it would be best to contact your healthcare provider for tailored advice. Also, if you experience any unusual symptoms or discomfort while taking any medication, stop immediately and consult your doctor.
