baby is cranky today. what to do. is it to be worried about

A. hi it might happen because of lack of sleep , hunger or indigestion , dehydration etc so please check it and make sure your child takes food and sleep well. try to offer comfort through gently patting or rubbing his back . give lots of love and affection.
