Baby is chewing his hands constantly he is 4 m9nth 20 days now can I give him some teether , buy am afraid that specific designs on teether can damage his gums

Teether are definitely a very good option and they do not create any problem into the gums of your child because they’re very soft so if you’re so scared prefer using the silicon ones which have water or liquid which is very good it’s just freeze it for a while and once it becomes a little hard then you give it to your child you can go for the wooden ones and nothing is going to interfere in the gums and the teaching process of the child
