baby is always vomating

A. Hi, there are two things one is spitting and another one is vomiting. If baby is spitting a small amount of milk while burping then it is good. If baby is vomiting in a large quantity as soon after feeding every time and while burping also baby is vomiting in a large quantity or after feeding for an half an hour or after one hour of feeding if baby is vomiting then this is not a good sign.
