Q.
baby is 8 days old vaccination hae been done on date of discharge i.e.on day 3 baby has developed swelling on the right thigh and she has slight fever does we need any medication for the baby plz suggest?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. this can be bad.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as such no need of medication but if temperature is 100f or above ,you have to give medicine . you can try cool pack to reduce pain , swelling or redness etc
