baby is 4 months old after completing one month she having loose stools monthly first yellow followed by complete green colour nd it is continuing for a week also sometimes 2 month I gave econorm it sto6 3rd month she had I gave the same still it was continuous thn doctor gave antibiotics it stopped now 4 months completed sterday she had loose stools why it is happening can u please explain
