baby is 2 months old, saw this red patch om his head, what to do?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Just touch it and see it like a pimple or it is like a dead skin because if it is dead skin then it is just cradle cap which is there but if you feel it is like a pimple kind of a situation then in that case you can apply coconut oil on this region
