baby is 2.4 yrs and speaks only counting and alphabets no mumma papa just randomly blabbering counts or colours or alphabets and he also close his ears with his hands randomly plus not following simple commands and not always respond on his name he does respond sometimes but not always what could be the possible reasons

Write Your Answer Here okay so you have not mentioned how has your child learned all these things is it manually you are teaching with books and all you’ve given a lot of mobile or screen time to the child for the child who learn these things because if your child is not responding to its name not following simple command closing it years most of the times not making an eye contact let me know your child is having a delayed growth in its brain and a mind of your child so it would be good for you that you please take an assessment with child psychologist because if it’s a child knows so much but doesn’t know how the basic things are that means there is a problem
