SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. Sometime baby may have cough and cold with temperature,at that time few babies discharge water from their eyes. This is normal, procedure of excess heat removal and this process is spontaneous. This watery discharge will settle on its iwn. Not to worry.
