A. Should give all the foods made at home with you and your family are having that’s the best to be given plus of course good amount of proteins you should avoid giving junk food and sugary food to the child as that is the biggest enemy to the immune system of your child

A. you can give homemade khichdi with vegetables..ragi or sooji porridges, seasonal fruits, poha with banana..you can also check meal planner section for healthy recipes
