A. Hi mom Give all that you cook for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg if u r non vegetarian, ghee, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet for proper growth and development of the baby.
