baby having white patches on face any help

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond tfwo weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fxungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.
