baby has vaccined so head is hot what to do

A. Hai good evening !! After vaccination fever,slight temperature rise is common . Check baby temperature if less than 99 degrees fever baby is normal only head heat no worries. Apply oil - castor oil or coconut oil helps in reducing heat . Give frequent feeds every two hours burp well after every feed. Do sponging if baby having fever more than 99 degrees(body heat).
