Any new food item in mother's diet if on breast feed , avoid unnecessary touching baby, kissing, touching without hand wash this will lead to rashes.
Apply Coconut oil on rashes and leave for 5-10 minutes apply twice daily and don't spread oil/soap while bathing all over chin.
