baby has redness and severe itching below neck front area since morning please suggest treatment at earliest

Apply Cetaphil lotion on to that area on regular basis other than that if the rashes are quite heavy it would be better for you to consult a skin specialist for a check up as it gets really difficult to advise you anything without monitoring the correct situation
