Q.
baby has 10 kg weight and 1.5 year old.. weight of baby girl is not increasing from last 3 months... She is facing constipation 3 to 4 days in a week. She is not eating properly any time and she missed her meal some time... plz suggest some medicine for proper digestion and also suggest some syrup to increase apetite.
