Baby girl is 3 months old and her weight is not increasing she is 4.5 kgs and her birth weight was 2.9 kgs and she got jaundice in early born days then her weight got increased but now from 20 days it’s same or increased 50 gms and she is active and urinatinf properly

A. weight gain is fine baby should gain at least 500 gram per month and double the birth weight by 6 months or less exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete feed frequently on demand
