ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 days agoA. Namaste Mom, Baby should be given now soft consistency foods, here he should be given foods almost nearing to family foods, panner, egg yolk, nuts and seeds, rice, roti, dal vegetables , soups, seasonal fruits, ghee , curds etc
