ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. What is the ageof the baby and its better to consult your paediatrician and get it checked and in infants excessive tears from eyes can be due to tear duct Blockage so get it checked and clean the eye with soft clean muslin cloth

Hi Mom Wash eyes often with cold water Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Maintain hygiene Stay hydrated Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
