Q.

Baby drinks too much breast milk and spits up frequently, his birth weight ( 2.5)36th week born Now his weight is 3.9 is it ok dr ?

A. Do not over feed the baby. Feed the baby more frequently but each time feed only in small amounts. Do not move the baby too much after feeding. Always feed the baby in an upright position. Always burp the baby during and after feeding and if possible, burp after every 5 mins. Make sure that after feeding, the baby is made to sit on your lap in an upright position for atleast 30-40 mins. Your baby is doing fine weight wise.
