However, it completely depends on your family setting but few changes you can do: - Make your child early riser (for this you can schedule his bedtime around 7 pm) - Use less screen time - Talk very lovingly with them - Play along with your child - Schedule play time around 2- 4 pm - Make a schedule for everything and follow it religiously (when the child knows what's coming next, less tantrums they will throw) And most important, be a happy parent

U How to set a proper routine for your child from the sleep to wake up time and that’s what is going to hell need to proper form a proper schedule for the child for breakfast lunch and dinner and everything and it’s completely dependent on a parent how they want to form a schedule for the child
