Q.

Baby boy 20 days old has a lot of darkfacial hair especially forehead and cheeks..do they fall of on their own ?? Any home remedies

A. lanugo, will fall on themselves in due course of time. don't use home remedies to remove body hair. it can cause rashes.. . . . in your baby
