Hi mom This is due to sensitive skin of the baby Avoid touching face and too much kissing on the face Apply atogla lotion on the face to get relief from rashes . Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
