Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes and temperature variations around the child.
For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold. Indirect steam will also help.
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Gingerz diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.(honey can be added after 1 year age)
Give warmz water to drink
If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
For fever and pain give paracetamol.

Sinarist 10 drops you can give as of now and you can repeat it three times in the day after every eight hours along with that also I would recommend you to give steam to the child indirectly specially at the time of sleeping and if the nose is blocked you can use nasal drops as well
