babies cold and cough what I will do fever also

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you nu can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Proper medicines are required to be given to the child so you can consult your doctor go ahead as per their suggestion because all the things could be correlated and the fever could be because of the cold and cough issues only maybe there is some infection that building up so please consult your doctor and go ahead with their suggestionWrite Your Answer Here
