Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. just steam to be guven .Running nose and cough cold are common during this time . Just steam as a home remedy for mild cough and cold . Ascoril LS for other cough . Also paracetamol for fever if any .

Look for over-the-counter saline drops or sprays, or make your own: Stir a half-teaspoon of table salt into a cup of warm water.
