Q.
Ayaan is 5 month 10 days old. Am i required to give him some food like cerelac Or fruit puree, veggies etc? Or oly breastfeeding is enuf for baby until he completes 6 months?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. better to exclusively breast feed till 6 month. Till 6 months of life , breast milk or formula milk is both food and drink for your baby. all the best.
