Q.

Avika has a little bit of fever from yesterday that is from 29 Feb 2024... I have given the medicine for fever yesterday and today morning she is feeling better and the fever is also in control now...The Vaccination is scheduled on 02 March 2024...I just want to know that is it will be safe to get the vaccination on it's scheduled date of vaccination date and time...Please tell me what I do... #Vaccination

A. simple fever , cough and cold as well as simple discomfort of the child for a few days is not a contraindication for vaccination and it is advisable to go for vaccination at the earliest. d the maximum you can delay would be around 2-3 weeks but after that it is advisable not to delay the vaccination if still in confusion you can meet your doctor who will examine the cdhild and tell you whether vaccination delay is preferable or you can go for vaccination
